Welcome in "Le White Pearl", an oasis of peace in the heart of the Old Town of Nice.
You will be enchanted by this cosy apartment in a quiet street at the foot of the "Castle Hill"! It has everything you need and it is just 4 minutes walking to the beach.
Also, the tram to airport stops just 3 minutes away.
And the action is right around the corner.
The space
This elegant and cosy apartment is located right in the Vieux Nice, 3 minutes walking to the tram, 4 minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes to Place Masséna. The action is right around the corner, but as you pass through the entrance door of the apartment, you enter an oasis of peace.
Experience a serene getaway in our cozy space, complete with all the essentials: high-speed internet, Smart TV, dish-washer, washing machine, fans, refrigerator (no freezer), and a combination microwave/grill. Though we don't have air conditioning, you'll love the authentic charm and peaceful eco-friendly ambiance.
You will enjoy living in a home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, stone-walled wine bars and restaurants offering local culinary specialties.
Public transport is also nearby (tram to airport and buses are 3 minutes walking) and allows you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.).
There are car rental companies nearby as well as bicycle rental shops.

The check-in and check-out times displayed are often flexible (depending on guests we may have before and after you).
Bed linen and towels are included in the total price.
Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI) and to a smart TV.
There is no elevator in the building (2nd floor, ground + 2)
From the airport, take tram 2 to "Garibaldi / Château" stop, 6 minutes from the apartment building.
A taxi costs about 35-45 euro
The apartment is in the historic center, so you won't need a car ...
... but if you have one, you can rent a parking place nearby for about 15 to 28 euros per day (depending on the number of days you stay).
Note: the apartment is in a pedestrian area of the historic center. The closest where you can stop the car or taxi for luggage drop is 3 minutes walking away.
