You will be enchanted by the panoramic sea view from this apartment, featuring A/C in every room, a terrace and a fully equipped kitchen!
It won't bother you that you merely have to cross the famous Promenade des Anglais to reach the beach. We're right on the sea front!
The space
This large 95m2 apartment is comfortably furnished, features a terrace and is equipped to welcome up to 5 people. It is located between the city centre and the airport, and you can reach either of them with just a 10-15 minutes bus ride. The tram will also take you to and from the airport in just 10 minutes.
You will enjoy living in a large home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, and restaurants offering local culinary specialties.
The living room features 2 large L-shaped sofa-beds, a extra large flat screen TV, and a dining table for 5.
The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a large closet.
The second bedroom is right next to the second bathroom and also has a large closet. Each bathroom includes a toilet, and there is a third separate WC! We also have a baby bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge (automatic ice cubes dispenser), a Nespresso machine, and everything else you can dream of.
Guest access
Bed linens and towels are included in the total price.
A baby cot can be provided, but you must bring the linen for the baby.
Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI and wired) and to a TV with hundreds of international channels.
The apartment has a washing machine and the 2 bedrooms have premium bedding. The sofa-bed can accommodate a 5th person, but is not as comfortable as the other beds.
From the airport, take the tram and hop off at "Lenval Hôpital". From there, the apartment is just 1 minute by foot.
A taxi costs about 35-45 euro
The apartment is near public transportation, so you won't need a car ...
... but if you have one, you can rent a parking place nearby for about 15 to 28 euros per day (depending on the number of days you stay).
