Welcome in "Le Zen"!
We will make your stay most pleasant in this centrally located apartment with a large 25 m2 terrace, just 10 minutes by foot to the beach and the historical area (Vieux Nice)!
It also has two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath for bath use only)
We have installed A/C in all the rooms in 2021, so you can ignore all prior comments and reviews mentioning that there is no A/C
The space
This large 100m2 apartment is comfortably furnished, features a private 25 m2 terrace and is equipped to welcome up to 8 people (3 bedrooms + sofa-bed in living-room). It is located in a lively area of the center of Nice, 5 minutes by foot to the Place Massena.
You will enjoy living in a large home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, stone-walled wine bars and restaurants offering local culinary specialties.
And of course, the Old Nice, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais is just a 10-minute walk along the "Avenue Jean Médecin", lined with boutiques and terraces of all sorts.
Public transport is also nearby (tram to airport, bus and train are 3 minutes walking) and allow you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.).
No less than 5 car rental companies are available near the nearby train station. Bicycle rentals are also available there.
Guest access
Bed linen and towels are included in the total price
A baby cot can be provided, but you must bring the linen for the baby.
Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI and wired) and to a TV with hundreds of international channels.
The apartment has a washing machine, a dryer and A/C
There is no elevator in the building (1st floor, ground + 1)
Please note that for stays of 7 and 8 people we require a security deposit of 1000 euro upon arrival.
From the airport, take tram 2 to "Jean Médecin" stop. From there, the apartment is just 4 minutes by foot.
A taxi costs about 35-45 euro
The apartment is in the city center, so you won't need a car ...
... but if you have one, you can rent a parking place nearby for about 15 to 28 euros per day (depending on the number of days you stay).
