You will love this charming apartment right in the centre of Nice (yet in a quiet side street) with A/C !
It's located just 2 minutes by foot to the beach, the famous Promenade des Anglais, and 15 minutes by foot to the Vieux Nice (filled with restaurants and boutiques) and Place Masséna. The closest supermarket is just 2 minutes away.
In short, you’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the neighbourhood! The A/C will delight you too!
The space
This apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped to welcome up to 6 people. It is located just off a lively area of the center of Nice. As you pass through the entrance door of the apartment, you will arrive in an oasis of peace with a very "niçois" charm!
You will enjoy living in a large home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, stone-walled wine bars and restaurants offering local culinary specialties.
And of course, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais is just a 2-minute walk.
Public transport is also nearby (buses and tram to airport are 3 minutes walking) and allow you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.).
No less than 5 car rental companies are available near the nearby train station. Bicycle rentals are also available there.
Guest access
Bed linen and towels are included in the total price.
A baby cot can be provided, but you must bring the linen for the baby.
Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI and wired) and to a TV.
The apartment has a washing machine, a dryer and A/C.
There is no elevator in the building (3rd floor, ground + 3)
From the airport, take tram 2 to "Alsace Lorraine" stop. From there, the apartment is just 4 minutes by foot.
A taxi costs 35 to 45 euros.
The apartment is in the city center, so you won't need a car ...
... but if you have one, there is a public parking just around the corner (3 minutes by foot) for about 15 to 28 euros per day (depending on the number of days you stay).
