You will be enchanted by this cosy studio. It has everything you need and it is right in the middle of the action. Also, the beach and the "Vieux Nice" are 3 minutes by foot! Come where the action is!
The large terrace with panoramic view will allow you to enjoy breakfast outside most of the year, or have a glass of champagne before enjoying a wonderful local dinner !
Warning: there is a sofa-bed for 2 people, and an extra foldable bed for a child or a teenager.
This apartment is comfortably furnished and equipped to welcome 3 persons (2 adults and 1 child or teenager). It is located in a lively area of the center of Nice. And as you pass through the entrance door of the apartment, you will arrive in an oasis of peace with a very "niçois" charm!
You will enjoy living in a home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, stone-walled wine bars and restaurants offering local culinary specialties.
And of course, the Old Nice, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais is just a 3-minute walk.
Public transport is also nearby (train, bus and tram to airport are 2 minutes walking) and allow you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.).
No less than 5 car rental companies are available near the nearby train station. Bicycle rentals are also available there.
Bed linen and towels are included in the total price.
Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI and wired) and to a TV.

From the airport, take tram 2 to "Jean Médecin" stop. From there, the apartment is just 4 minutes by foot.
