You will be enchanted by this studio featuring A/C and sea view and right on the beach : it won't bother you that you merely have to cross the famous Promenade des Anglais to reach the beach.
The spaceThis studio is comfortably furnished, and is equipped to welcome up to 2 people. It is located between the city centre and the airport, and you can reach either of them with just a 10-20 minutes tram ride.
You will enjoy living in a large home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, and restaurants offering local culinary specialties.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an full-size fridge, a multi-function oven, a dish-washer and everything else you can dream of.
Bed linens and towels are included in the total quoted price.
A baby cot can be provided, but you must bring the linen for the baby.
Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI and wired) and to a TV with hundreds of international channels.
The apartment has a washing machine.

From the airport, take the tram and hop off at "Fabron". From there, the apartment is just 4 minutes by foot.
A taxi costs about 32-40 euro
The apartment is near public transportation, so you won't need a car ...
... but if you have one, you can rent a parking place nearby for about 15 to 28 euros per day (depending on the number of days you stay).
