Welcome in "Le Gambetta"! You will be enchanted by this super quiet apartment and its terrace, in the heart of the Nice. It was freshly renovated in 2025, with A/C in every room, has everything you need and it is just 12 minutes walking to the beach, 7 minutes to the tram and is surrounded by restaurants and grocery shops. Come where the action is!
The space
This apartment with its sunny terrace is comfortably furnished and equipped to welcome up to 4 people. It is located right in the center of Nice. Yet as you pass through the entrance door of the apartment, you arrive in a a very peaceful apartment as it doesn't face the street.
You will enjoy living in a home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops and restaurants offering local culinary specialties. And of course, the beach and the famous Promenade des Anglais are just a 12-minute walk!
Public transport is also nearby (tram to airport and train station are 7 minutes walking) and allows you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.).
No less than 5 car rental companies are available near the nearby train station. Bicycle rentals are also available nearby.

A baby cot can be provided, but you must bring the linen for the baby.
Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet and to a TV. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
There is an elevator in the building (3rd floor : ground + 3)
From the airport, take tram 2 to "Alsace-Lorraine" stop. From there, the apartment is just 7 minutes by foot.
A taxi costs about 35 euro
The apartment is in the city center, so you won't need a car ... but if you have one, you can rent a parking place nearby for about 15 to 28 euros per day (depending on the number of days you stay).
