You will be enchanted by this cosy apartment on a typical "Vieux Nice" square! It has everything you need and it is just 4 minutes walking to the beach.
Also, the tram to airport stops just 3 minutes away.

The space
This cosy apartment has air conditioning in the living-room, two bedrooms equipped with fans, two bathrooms, and a separate toilet, wooden floor, and is equipped to welcome up to 4 people : one or two couples, a family with children. You will have a baby-bed and a high chair if needed.
It is located right in the Vieux Nice, 3 minutes walking to the tram, 4 minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes to Place Masséna. The action is right around the corner. The apartment overlooks the square, its fountain, and Sainte-Réparate Cathedral.
Enjoy the use of a flat screen TV, a full-sized oven, a washing machine and Wi-Fi internet.
Being in the heart of the historical center, it can be sometimes somewhat noisy, but all windows are double-glazed.
You will enjoy living in a home among the locals, close to wonderful bakeries selling "croissants" and "baguettes", various shops, stone-walled wine bars and restaurants offering local culinary specialties.
Public transport is also nearby (tram to airport and buses are 3 minutes walking) and allows you to easily access the sights outside of Nice (e.g. Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze, etc.).
There are car rental companies nearby as well as bicycle rental shops.

The check-in and check-out times displayed are often flexible (depending on guests we may have before and after you).
Bed linen and towels are included in the total price.
Of course, you will have access to high-speed internet (WI-FI) and to a TV.
There is no elevator in the building (3rd floor, ground + 3)
From the airport, take tram 2 to "Garibaldi / Château" stop, 9 minutes from apartment building.
A taxi costs about 35-45 euro
The apartment is in the historic center, so you won't need a car ...
... but if you have one, you can rent a parking place nearby for about 120 euros for a week stay, and around 180 euros total for 2 weeks.
Note: the apartment is in a pedestrian area of the historic center. The closest where you can stop the car or taxi for luggage drop is 2 minutes walking away.
